Numeric keypad VESA mount

A simple mount for [this USB numeric keypad](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01E8TTWZ2/) which I used as a cheap up-front controller for flight sims before upgrading to [a Streamdeck XL](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4375148). The keypad just press-fits into the frame. The mounting hardware will fit any 75mm VESA hole pattern. Since my use case required mounting to a VESA plate while leaving room for a monitor arm, I added a riser as well. Print two, they're reversible.

If you don't want to use the included printable nut and bolt, any 8mm hardware should work.

The frame has tilt adjustment but is fixed in the other axes.
