As you know, the glued-in nuts that are holding the upper and lower half of the Disco fuselage together have weak threads and loosen easily from the upper body, making tightening of the screw pointless or impossible. Gluing them back is ineffective since they have made a depression in the lower half and will not have anything to bear on and will consequently come unglued again.
So, here is a remedy:
First use Sugru or someting similar to fill the depression in the lower fuselage half. I had blue on hand.
Then download and 3D-print the files, you will need 7 nuts and also 3 inserts for the three rearmost screws. Look at the pictures for clarity.
The inserts will be glued in the lower body to strengthen the weak holes that sometimes allow the screw to pull right through.
The nuts will need some pressure while the glue is curing, this can be done as in the picture.
The middle rear nut will need to be cut down in the flange, or a slit in the foam done. See picture.
