9/8/20: Please note that the initial design is for an ultrasonic sensor with mounting holes positioned at 15 mm x 38.1 mm, However, I was kindly informed that there are also ultrasonic sensors with mounting holes at 15 mm x 40 mm. I added a modified version for 40 mm.
