A replica of Dalinar Kholin's Shardblade from the Stormlight Archive
Length: 75 inches
In addition to the full-body option, I've included pre-split files for the blade that can be successfully printed on an Ender 3-Pro V2 or larger.
Printing the Blade:
I recommend printing all pieces with the mating surfaces aligned to the build plate, mounting them on a rod, then welding/sanding/painting.
Note, I am including multiple variations of Blade pieces 2,3,4,5, and 10. You only need one of each to print a complete blade. The tip features on all but 3 snapped off from mild handling due to the layer orientation. I've included versions where the tips are pre-separated and can be printed in a differing orientation, then secured via alternate means. The tips are cut in half, so mirror duplicates will be needed to be generated in slicers, and should be printed with the mirror plane aligned to the build plate. I've provided a register feature in the form of a hole sized for 1/16" dowel or pins t
