OB1.4 XIdler2 Leadscrew

Based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:41967 but set up to use a leadscrew instead of threaded rod and nuts.

If you're doing your own export from TinkerCad, I'd highly recommend running it through https://modelrepair.azurewebsites.net/ - TinkerCad produces some slightly questionable STLs when there's intersecting geometry in an imported model, causing slic3r to sometimes lose pieces of the model.
