CabBack Extended cab modification for @RobskiiFab's OBS Ford

Theres three versions, one without windows, one with filled in windows, and one with the glass removed.

I'll be putting the fenders and bumpers back onto this model soon, as well as fitting it to a MN82 / LC79 Frame, and probably making a custom stretched MN82 frame as well.
