Octane 9 Alpha Tool

I was surprised the SilencerCo Direct Thread Mount 1/2"-28 (AC633) didn't include a wrench, and was further annoyed finding out it was unobtainium (like a lot of gear).

This is my version of the "Alpha Pistol Tool 1/2"-28 (AC56)". I'm guessing it works with the other thread sized caps, since SilencerCo only sells one wrench. I haven't tested it with the others (there are many).

I've included two versions.

The "no insert" file is a fully printed tool, no assembly necessary. I don't recommend this version since the thread mount can get pretty stuck, and the PETG tool simply isn't strong enough to keep the pegs from shearing off if you have to torque on it.

The other version requires (3) 3mm brass rods approximately 28mm in length. Those rods fit snuggly into the tool and give it the strength to really torque on the cap. Here's the link at Amazon.
