Oculus Quest 2 Elite Strap

The idea behind this is to take this [racheting mechanism design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4680804) and modify it to be easy to assemble with 4 zipties instead of 12 M3x12mm screws. I plan on adding more detailed instructions as I test more. I have a list of the settings for each item I've printed:
