Started modeling up some bumpers for the Oculus Rift S controllers. Still very much a WIP, however I've been using these as-is for the last year without any issues, so for now the design has been put on the backburner.

This design iteration most likely WILL NOT fit over the controller if printed in anything but TPU. I modified this model with a split down the middle to allow some flex if printing in PLA/PETG so it will snap onto the controller ring, they aren't at the same design phase as these, so I haven't uploaded those yet. If I get enough interest in that, I might go back and do so.

Infill matters for TPU! I can't give you an exact percentage as all TPU prints differently, however you might want to test on some small objects first. I went with Gyroid at 15% and the bumpers have a nice amount of give, while still being rigid enough to fit and stay on the controllers. Print without any support, you might have a bit of sag in the IR openings but it can easily be trimmed
