off_center_wire_insulator

This insulator externally is identical to the original project, which is already fine.
My modifications:
1) I filled the void, so one can tighten a little more the screw without fear of broking the piece.
2) I added a feature I found on the original ceramic ones: the screw hole is 1,5 mm off center.
This way, by a small rotation of the piece, is possible to refine the alingmet of the insulators row.
