Office Space

Here's my late entry. Didn't have much time to workout the details and render quality, but I believe you'll get the idea behind it. If you need some space that has to/can be movable, I believe this is a good solution. The console on the wall rises or lowers the chairs and table independently, and also operates the lights and glass wall. When not in use, all chairs and table can be lowered so you get that extra free space. The LCD on the wall is optional, but from my experience in meetings, it's always useful for presentations, and when there's no meeting going on, can be used to show a repeating presentation of the company, etc. It's not visible in the renders, but the space has a permanent glass ceiling to enhance the use of natural light, and existing office lights. Didn't have time to model some bookshelves, but you can always store the books underneath the table. Something that would stay underneath the table, and rises along with the table, on the console side of the room.
