offset dial indicator

My dial indicator wasn't long enough for [petsfang v2 gauge module](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2759439) and the unique [custom offset](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3000428) I found didn't match [my dial](https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B010UKCPGG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), so I created this one that fits it.
