Offset Heatsink fan mount

Alright so here we have another design of mine for the Arrma heatsink. This particular mount is for the Arrma heatsink if it is stretched over the bigger 1650 cans. I made it offset to place the dual fans in more of the center of the motor, unlike my other design that was made for the 2050 can. Just like my other mount, this was designed to snuggly slide onto the heatsink with no tools needed.
