Offset Spool Bracket 20x40 Ender 5 Plus

The bracket was designed to mount to the vertical 20x40 extrusion to allow my spool feed to align directly under my extruder. It also allows for a much wider spool that still has plenty of clearance from the print bed and can easily support a 3kg/6.6lb spool. It also allows the filament to be changed from the front of the printer.

The design utilizes the existing metal bracket from the Ender5plus and an extremely well designed spool holder by Skrutt84 "Ender 3 - Filament holder DELUXE"

Parts:
(2) M5x20 screws w/ bolts
(6) M3 screws w/ T nuts

When assembling, fit the 20mm side of the bracket in first, and rotate the 40mm side into place and then tighten all screws.
