Oil Filter Cutter

This is an oil filter cutter, this version has a cutter mount that fits in a slot and is held captive by a little plate. I used 2 625rs bearings and a washer I sharpened to make the cutter, cutter hole is 10-24, the holes that hold the tab on are 8-32. The main roller bearings are regular skateboard bearings 608rs, the threads are 5/16-18. The hole for the bolt that drives the pusher is also 5/16-18, with a recess for a nut to be placed in if the printed threads give out.
