It's a short twist, and could be made a little longer, but it fits well for me.
Print settings:
00.00-12.70mm @ 0.10mm layer height
12.70-14.20mm @ 0.05mm layer height
14.20+ @ 0.10mm layer height
The 0.05 for the tabs.
