OmniaDrop for MakerGear M2

The OmniaDrop extruder is a compact light weight extruder with an extraordinarily short and constrained filament path that makes it great for flex filament. Making it work with the M2 was fairly easy and I was able to keep the wire management system that is one of the great features of the MakerGear printers.
This is a complete extruder system that includes many innovative features.
Very few firmware changes are needed.
