The parts were designed using Fusion 360, and I included those files if you wish to make modifications. They were printed on a MakerGear M2 and a TEVO Tornado (will still fit on all printers though). No supports were needed.
I designed the circuit board in Fritzing (file also included). I milled the circuit myself with a friend's ZMorph CNC 3-in-1 printer.
The way I assembled the wheels was to:
1) place the bearings in their mounts
2) peg into tire
3) washer on peg
4) bearing on peg
5) washer on peg
6) tire on peg
7) glue bearing mount into axle.
8) repeat two more times for the other bearing mounts
