One Piece Pickling Press Lower

The tolerances on the original original pickling press were too loose. If I had to print the parts a second time anyway, I might as well redesign it to print as one piece.

I printed this with Atomic Filament PETG PRO with the Generic PETG setting on a Creality K1 Max. No supports needed.
