OneSpan Digipass 270 Case

The OneSpan Digipass 720 issued to me had no keypad protection, so it eventually locked itself after hitting against other items in my backpack. After having it unlocked by the issuer I decided to design a simple case that would protect it against turning on and locking itself again.

The OpenSCAD project creates a model that can be either a solid piece (the default) or split into a pocket where the device slides in and a front cover. The items can be printed separately from different materials, to decrease printing time, etc.

The SCAD file (+ generated STLs) has slightly larger dimensions than the actual device to compensate for warping, you may want to experiment and decrease them if you don't have warping issues. The STL can be printed as-is and padded with sticky tape for a more tight fit.
