This sharpening/grinding contraption when used in conjunction with the Oneway Wolverine Platform will allow you to grind chisels, plane blades, and similar tools accurately at 90 degrees to their length. Simply slide the jig over the Wolverine platform, nest your tool against the 90 degree stop, and drag the glide back and forth across your grinding wheel.
This base was made to insure plane blades and chisels are ground square to their long edge. Due to the tolerances and potential for warping of 3D printed parts, some filing, sanding and technique compensation may need to be made to account for tolerance.
