OPA Alice Shock Mount

This microphone shock mount is designed for BM-800 style microphone bodies. I used this shock mount for my OPA Alice build and I have included my saddle and washers for the grommets I had laying around. Printed with 100% infill PETG. If you are using PLA, reduce ‘micSkinThicknessA’ so that the inner ring bends more easily. Otherwise it is a tight fit for the microphone. Saddle was printed with 0.2mm nozzle on Bambu X1C. The arms are fastened with 10mm M2.5 screws. Do not over tighten. The cord used is called 2.5mm “shock cord” from Aliexpress. The screw mount is designed for ¼" brass thread inserts with 8.7mm outer diameter. I chose this because it fits onto a camera ball joint mount, and that can be adapted to a standard microphone arm thread.
