Open Bed Spacer | xTool M1

This spacer is designed to assist in precise material alignment for the XTool M1 10W laser engraver when operating without the factory bed installed. It provides a reliable reference point to ensure materials are consistently positioned in the top-right corner of the work area—a key practice for minimizing distortion introduced by the angled overhead camera. The spacer is designed to fit up against the the top right corner of the open bottom and should not interfere if you need to but you base back one. The spacer delivers repeatable and accurate positioning with alignment makers at 10 mm intervals (there is one 5 mm interval where the full with of the print area is 385 mm). Testing has shown alignment errors to be under 1 mm, greatly improving cutting and engraving precision and reducing the need for multiple framing.Originally printed in 2 colors but it didn’t turn out really clean so I uploaded the single color version My Other xTool M1 models
