This is a bottle seal for common bottle tops that seal the bottle as to make it no longer an open container. (not legal advice) If you were to have a bottle with alcohol in it, it would be illegal to have it in the car with you if unsealed. This is a quick and easy seal you can apply with one hand that creates a firm and secure seal. In my experience, you need a tool such as a screwdriver to pry it open and break the plastic to get it off but that is better than a ticket. The tolerances are tight and I recommend sanding the layer lines on the prongs so they have less friction as they enter the other side of the seal. This can be used with one of the many bottle funnels on the site.
