So, this is for a bit of homebrew. It is an oil pump along with an oil barrel resource tile. Its basically for if you want to try and add a win condition like collecting a certain amount of barrels or add an option to repair once you have enough resources.
You could also do fun things like try and capture the oil pump or destroy it to stop your opponent from capturing it.
