A remix of Spaceman-Spliff's Smallworld Chip holder (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:32253).
Instead of dispensing out of the bottom, this version exposes one side of the chips, to make it easy to grab multiple pieces at once, and in the number you need.
I also added a small handle to the top for easily pulling out one holder when all the races holders are packed together.
