Open Source Rotator Shaker variant 2.2

Remixed for newer available parts. I changed the motor, motor cover, and motor driver. I added a potentiometer for speed control in rotate mode. You will have to drill ahole for it yourself, or update the motor cover for whatever shaft size you have. I updated the BOM on page 3 with cost and parts that are now available as of 3.31.24. I put total costs, including extras as part of a pack or set of items like o-rings or nuts. I wrote up a detailed instruction for wiring and a wiring diagram in a txt file which was sorely missing in the original. In fact I had to hunt accross multiple web pages to find all the information, and I have posted all the relevant bits here in one place. This project is now twice as expensive as when it was originally designed. Obviously cost would go down slightly per unit if making multiples.
