OpenAstroTracker 30 degree angle post fix

While I could just reach to the bottom of the front holes of the tall 30 degree angle, I did not have a driver long enough to grab the screws at the bottom of the rear holes. This remix removes the excess material and provides easy access to the rear screws. I printed this without support vertically standing upright.
