OpenBoard is an open-source cruiser skateboard created for kids aged 4 to 10 who are stepping onto a board for the very first time. Taking inspiration from the iconic Penny yet boasting its own unique style, OpenBoard is packed with features tailored to beginners.
Its thoughtfully designed deck includes a gently raised tail for extra safety, a light concave for easier turns, and a twin-tip shape that delivers a smooth, intuitive ride — perfect for young skaters gaining confidence.
Crafted from 8 components — 6 forming the main structure and 2 additional parts fully 3D-printed in PETG — OpenBoard strikes the ideal balance between durability and flexibility.
With its beginner-friendly design and playful spirit, OpenBoard is ready to turn every ride into an adventure.
