OpenDTU Case (ESP32, SSD1306, CMT2300A)

Hi. I needed a case for my ESP32 with CMT2300A antenna and SSD1306 display. Hope you find it useful, too.If you need another tolerance for the lid, just contact me. Important: I have an ESP-WROOM-32 board with 4 screw holes in the corners. Please make sure, your ESP32 board has the correct dimensions! The board runs OpenDTU for my Hoymiles HMS-1800-4T.
