This is just an example of how to layout the parts I published to make a board...
This is a 4 channels battery charger I am building and this is a possible layout of the components and I will use it to design a case around it.
I had to design each part first and that took a little bit of time, but now it is a very easy job, just add the modules calls and position them on the perforated board.
The base models are arranged so the pins of the connectors align with the holdes of the board, so to move them on X and Y axis just use multiples of 2.54.
The heigth of the components is adjusted to fit a 1mm thick perforated board, but if you use a thicker one just translate them a bit on Z axis.
The colors will be displayed only in the "preview" mode, as well as some of the text inscriptions. Proper rendering may take a bit of time but preview is almost immediate.
