This is a design in a series of Optical Illusions I've created, many of which are inspired by the late Swedish artist Oscar Reutersvärd, who began painting 3D figure illusions in the early 1930s, with the Impossible Triangle (Penrose Triangle) in 1934 one of his most famous work.
