Assembly Instructions:1-Slide the blades to the pivots on the handle, making sure the flat sides of the blades are facing each other. Note: You might need to sand the pivots a little bit to make them as smooth as possible.2-Place the e-clips on the pivots and snap them in place at both ends.You can add a drop of oil at the center of the blades to make them rotate smoothly.Insert a pencil into the handle to make it longer.
