Optimised Montana Filter Mask

I optimised the original design from www.makethemasks.com
The original was quite large in file size and struggled to print without supports.
I addressed both problems but otherwise kept it original.

If you struggle with the overhangs on the attachment points for the elastic bands then this model will help you.
The inside is cleaned up as well, so the 8 edges no longer protrude.
