Optimized Bracket for ULA Challenge

Material: Ultem 9085 Weight: 0.0783 lb / 35.52 g 300 lb loads were placed at each vertical bolt holes, for a total of 600 lb. Pin constraints were used on the four attachment points. Pin constraint does not allow displacement in the X, Y, Z directions, but allows rotation in around the axial axis.
