Optimized Elegoo Refill Spool w/ Bayonet Lock

After printing several of the original versions of this I felt that the design could be improved a little bit. The original STL files are really rough with jagged edges and thousands of extra vertices everywhere, which translated to some odd g-code for printing the hubs(jerky printing on the hubs instead of nice circular motions). I've managed to clean up the outer disc and remade the cutout design to use a bit less material and it prints faster(two hours faster with my settings on the larger piece).

I haven't been able to figure out recreating the hub just yet so I'm marking this as a WIP.
