Optimizer for rain water diverter

The tricky part of using a standard (danish) rain water diverter, is getting it to divert as much water as possible, but still allowing for an effective overflow during a cloudburst.

This optimizer can raise overflow level, and rotate the inlet, so that the water can't flow directly into the overflow-pipe of the diverter.

Designed in OpenSCAD, you can change whatever you like. Adjust the 9 first lines (6 variables), to fit your water diverter.
