OQuest2HeadSupport - Adjustable

Remixed from V2 non slip version - this version is built so that the two adjusters on the default head strap can be tightened more than the previous version allowed (more ideal for smaller heads, or if sharing with those with smaller heads).

Saved at an angle that allows for less support material (supports still required)
