Case for Orange Pi 5 Ultra.
Required for assembly:
- M3x3x4.2 heat-set brass inserts, 8 pcs. (the length can be adjusted to be longer or shorter)
- 4010 form factor fan
- M3x6 screws for mounting the Orange Pi 5 Ultra to the base
- M3x12 screws for mounting the fan (countersunk head recommended)
- 6x3 rubber feet to prevent vibrations (optional)
Assembly:
1. Heat-set 4 brass threaded inserts into the base.
2. Install the button and the board, then secure the board using the M3x6 screws.
3. You can also heat-set 4 brass threaded inserts into the fan, or use M4 nuts with M4 bolts for mounting (this will compromise the appearance).
4. **Do not try to snap the case closed!** It is designed to utilize the flexibility of the plastic parts. Carefully stretch the top cover over the base using gentle motions.
For printing with **ABS** plastic, it is recommended to set the nozzle temperature to 260°C with minimal part cooling (this is a high temperature; without cooling, the model may warp).
