This is a case designed for the OrangePi Zero 2W it's made to be about as small as possible with clips to hold the wifi antenna inside the case.
In the design I have included knockouts for a 14mm X 14mm heatsink as well as the GPIO headers if you are planning to use them. There is also a knockout for the ribbon cable.
The knockouts on the top of the case can be easily removed with an Xacto blade. For the ribbon cable it might be somewhat harder to remove that part as I haven't tried yet.
Please leave a comment if it's difficult to remove and I will post a second version of the case top with it cut out fully.
