Printed in PETG with support filament for cleaner overhangs, but you can probably do without. Note that the model may need customization, as it seems my case/motherboard combination has slightly unusual geometrics regarding PCIE cards. Additionally, the holes drilled in the HDMI capture card won't probably exactly match mine, so these will likely need adjusting too.
You'll need a generic microUSB breakout board and an USB HDMI capture card, mine are both from AliExpress. The casing of the HDMI capture card has to be removed and I also had to drill the holes for mounting it with screws (there were markings at the corners of the PCB).
Additionally, you'll need bolts:
4x M3\*4mm
4x M2\*4mm
3x M2.5\*6mm
2x M2.5\*4mm
The microUSB port on the OPZ should be connected to the motherboard USB header with a custom cable that has the 5V wire disconnected. Unless you want to power the OPZ from the motherboard, in which case you could omit the microUSB breakout board altogether.
