I have a couple of these around my kitchen (who doesn't?), and one of them is used for silverware. I got tired of poking around forks and knives to find a teaspoon, so I made this.
It has four sections. The center section is raised so you can reach the teaspoons. The other three are for knives, forks and tablespoons.
Works great!
