Oreo Fidget

If you open the 3mf file, it will be preconfigured, but if you slice it yourself, select the object, then click split to parts and auto orient. I printed it out of PLA and PETG, and both worked fine. If you want it to look like an oreo you can make the spring part, which looks like a ring, white, and the top and bottom black.Once printed, it'll take some force to put together, and, once it's together, it will be very difficult to separate without breaking.
