Organizer 5s

This design is based off the idea of being lean. It’s a 6*10* 1” flat piece with cutout for the
pens/pencils and eraser. This will help students keep themselves organized, because if anything
is missing from the stand then it will call attention to it. I built this design off the principles of 5
sigma.
Step 1- Sort and get rid of anything on the desk that is not needed for classes.
Step 2- Set arrange any items needed on a daily basis so its easily accessible
Step 3- Shine clean up
Step 4- Standardize develop a daily method to do the first 3 steps
Step 5- Sustain follow these steps on a daily basis.
Following these steps and using the design will keep students organized and ready for class
everyday.
