This is an untested printable X-Arm suitable for both Ormerod. Ormerod 1 users should use Extruder from the Ormerod 2.
This is a completely redrawn object consists of 2 printable parts. Part 2 is unfortunately a little bit too big so you may have to rotate this part by 45° to be able to print it. And at this part you may need support.
After printing simply slide the two tiles together and add a cap-head screw. I think a M3x12 could do this job.
Try to print this on a smooth surface and preferable in SmartABS. The part should be even. No warping is allowed.
The complete part is only for demonstration and not meant for printing as the most of you cannot print such large objects (and one screw hole would be useless).
After some print fails I think this can work really good. But I have to use another bed surface, so I only can get a structured surface. Does not look that nice but should do the job.
V1.3 - Part1: Holes of notches widen a little bit; Part2: Support for
