Ornament Hanger

I wanted a 3D printed hanger for Nagmay's [pandemic globe ornament](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4670812). Print two halves, snap in at the top. Don't use support material, and if you've got anti-stringing measures figured out, use them.

Optimized for a 0.4mm nozzle.
