While customizing round 3.125" disc ornaments, we were tired of having them wobble as we tried to paint and/or attached vinyl to them. So we took the proper measurements, made a basic yet effective design in TinkerCAD and printed it.
We've been able to increase our productivity both with speed and with reduction in waste. If you or someone you know customizes their own Christmas Tree ornaments, then this is the recommended tool for them.
Again, it's designed around a 3.125" disc but it can be scaled up to fit larger diameter ornaments.
