Ortlieb Spacers

Bought a pair of Ortlieb Back Roller Classic Panniers and didn't think about the lack of additional spacers. The version I have is the QL1. Ortlieb sells spacers for $6, as they do all of the spare parts, but shipping doubles the cost, putting a couple pieces of plastic at $12.

The 9mm spacers fit well on a Velo Orange Campeur rack. The blend file is attached if you'd like to modify the design to exactly fit your rack.

One note though unrelated to the spacers - the vertical space between the lower rail of the rack for panniers and the lowest bar where the clip goes is shorter than other racks and meets almost exactly at the screw hole of the lower clip. It does not fit that great there, so I would not recommend the QL1 version with that rack unless you enjoy flexing the back plate every time.
