Oscillating Fan Knob

This is a replacement knob for the oscillating function on a Panasonic F-1208C fan. It's meant to slip directly over the post under the shroud.

The socket on this model has an inside diameter of 7.25mm and a height of 8mm. It's a single piece and is not easily removed once installed, but is smaller than the stock knob to allow the shroud to be lifted on and off without removal.

PETG worked well for me. I'd recommend using a brim to secure the base to your print bed.
