I needed to get into a tight space to do some sanding, and I was sure as hell not going to it by hand, and since i had this useless cordless dremel i figured i could make it less useless.
Parts i used/instructions:
* A bunch of PETG
* 2x F608 bearings (the flanged skateboard ones)
* 1x 685 bearing
* 1x 30mm M4 screw
* 1x M4 nut
* 1x 20-30mm M3 scred
* 1x M3 nut, to get the plate to connect to the chuck. Some glue might be a good addition
* Some glue, the arm is glued to the pipe, to ease the printing.
* also, the tiny 685 bearing is glued to the plate to prevent it being launched into orbit. (There may be a few bearings in orbit currently)
* Glue some sanding paper on the bottom of the round tool.
I'd say it's a work in progress, but i did get to do the sanding i needed, the tools tend to break where it couples to the pipe part, be careful.
It's not very balanced, but with the 685 bearing it's less explodey than it was when i used a 608 bearing so i'm good.
